Every attempt will be made to create an audio entrance that is completely unique to you, but if for some reason, SLP is unable to make your entrance perfect, you will be refunded.

ALSO, if you order your intro and SLP is unable to create your intro in time for your wedding date, you will receive a refund. This has never happened in SLP's history.
